National Symposium on Sexual Behavior of Youth Conference 2025
February 27, 2025 Norman, OK
On February 27, 2025, Janet Rosenzweig, PhD, MPA, MS and Mike Nowlin, MSSA, LISW-S will be presenting at the National Symposium on Sexual Behavior of Youth (Norman, OK—Feb 25-27, 2025).
Their presentation will focus on the findings from analyzing Pennsylvania data on youth sexual offenses after the state made adding youth to sex offender registries unconstitutional. Data shows no increase in sexual crimes after a move away from placing youth on registries to the more humane use of evidence-based community treatment modalities.
